Life is Good!

So, like most women, I love warmth. I get so excited when it turns cold enough outside to have a fire in our wood stove. Late October to February we use our wood stove around the clock. Besides saving money it's wonderful, dry, cozy heat. I wasn't too sold the first year due to the amount of work it requires. Minus the actual chopping and hauling of the wood (thank you dad). Unless you stoke the fire correctly you could be adding wood to it once an hour. Thankfully we've got it down to where if we go to bed about 11pm then we have to get up only once to add wood throughout the night. That was the hardest part for me because I LOVE AND NEED SLEEP!
