VOMIT: sheets,carseat,bath,couch,rug
All the fun places to clean barf out of. Yes Quinn has the flu again. He had it over his birthday, early March, that was enough for the year. Poor little guy it's so hard to watch. The only good part is their so cuddly when they are sick.
So I'd have to say that maybe the worst job a mom has is dismantling a car seat to wash the cover and straps because they are drenched in vomit. Seriously could they make car seats any more confusing to put back together?
It's really fun when they vomit in the tub and you have to drain it, try rinsing off two kids, refill and reload the kids. (sorry babe; Steven had the pleasure of that duty last night, i was at the gym) Steven is the best daddy ever!
Last night Quinn had two barfing episodes which is just so much fun in the middle of the night. He's such a champ though. He's standing there covered in vomit and he's smiling at me saying "Mommy" in a very happy tone. Kids are so much tougher than we are. Steven was up each time, even though he had to work today, doing everything he could to help, I love you so much babe.
I've been watching Fox news today and all the talk of the Swine Flu could not of come at a worst time. Of course it is in the back of my mind because I'm a worry wart. Quinn hasn't had a high fever though so that's good.
Well it's almost 9pm and the kids are down, daddy's at work tonight so I'm heading to bed early to hopefully get a couple hours sleep in before barf control starts.
